Penny was a fantastic trainer and I really enjoyed today's session. We covered every aspect of medication administration and Penny took time to ensure we understood and that everyone engaged at some point throughout. The first part/joining the call is always challenging as some find it difficult but Penny was extremely patient and supportive. The session ended on time which is always a challenge for the trainer and much appreciated. Thank you Penny.
