Why choose ILS?

Starting a career in care can feel like a lot to take in. At Inspired Learning Solutions, we make the Care Certificate easier to understand by connecting the standards to real-life care practice. Our engaging, practical training helps new care workers understand what is expected of them and why these standards matter to the people they support. With extensive experience in Health and Social Care, ILS understands the realities of care environments and delivers training that learners can put into practice from day one.

Can this course be tailored?

Yes. The course can be tailored to reflect your organisation, care setting and the roles of your new staff. Examples, scenarios and activities can be adapted to the people you support and the situations learners are likely to encounter in their day-to-day work. ILS can also focus on particular Care Certificate standards where an organisation has identified additional learning needs.
