Why choose ILS?

At Inspired Learning Solutions, we believe dignity and respect should be more than words in a care policy, they should be reflected in every interaction. This practical course helps staff understand how their attitudes, behaviours and everyday actions can protect dignity, promote choice and support people to have greater control over their own lives. The course is mapped to Care Certificate Standard 7, Skills for Care’s Common Core Principles to Support Dignity and the Skills for Care values guidance.

Can this course be tailored?

Yes. The course can be adapted to reflect your organisation, care setting and the people you support. Scenarios and discussions can be based around real-life situations your teams encounter, helping learners explore issues such as privacy, choice, consent, active participation and maintaining dignity in different care environments. This makes the learning practical and directly relevant to everyday practice.
