Why choose ILS?

At Inspired Learning Solutions, we believe dementia training should help staff understand the person behind the diagnosis. Our Dementia Awareness training provides a clear and accessible introduction to dementia, helping learners understand what it is, how it can affect the brain and the signs they may encounter in their day-to-day work. The course is mapped to the Dementia Core Skills Education and Training Framework, supporting relevant and meaningful learning for Health and Social Care staff.

Can this course be tailored?

Yes. The course can be adapted to reflect your organisation, care setting and the people you support. Examples, scenarios and discussions can be tailored to the experiences of your team, helping learners connect their understanding of dementia with situations they may encounter in their everyday roles. This can also provide an opportunity to focus on particular areas where your team would benefit from additional knowledge or confidence.
