Why choose ILS?
OCD is often misunderstood, with common myths and stereotypes potentially affecting how people experiencing the condition are treated.
Our training helps staff look beyond those misconceptions, develop a better understanding of the person’s experience and feel more confident providing compassionate, person-centred support.
Can this course be tailored?
Yes. We can tailor the course around your organisation, the people you support and the situations your staff may encounter. This can include relevant scenarios, policies, procedures and examples from your own care environment.
