I’m Penny, founder of Inspired Learning Solutions.

With over 25 years in the Health and Social Care Sector my experience encompasses Residential Care, Domiciliary Care, Live-in Care and Mental Health Services.

Penny Curtis – Founder

I formed ILS with the inspiration of providing exceptional learning programmes that not only ensure a compliant workforce but also a deeply empathetic one, a workforce full of people you would be happy to have care for your own loved ones.

My passion stems from personal experience of caring for family members requiring palliative and end of life care, access to mental health support and elderly relatives dealing with a dementia diagnosis.

I design learning that is practical, engaging, and tailored to the unique challenges and complexities of todays Health and Social Care sector.

I want to take the stress out of sourcing training that is within budgets and that is accessible for all (including those working nights).

Training that staff actually look forward to and take back to their workplace.
