Why choose ILS?

Reablement is about helping people do more for themselves, rather than doing everything for them.

Our training helps staff develop an enabling mindset and understand how small, practical changes in the way support is provided can help people regain confidence, skills and independence. The course also explores practical reablement techniques, managing risk and working effectively with other professionals.

Can this course be tailored?

Yes. We can tailor the course around your organisation, the people you support and the environments in which your staff work.

This can include your own reablement approaches, care plans, risk assessments, policies, procedures and practical examples to make the training directly relevant to your team.
