Why choose ILS?
Safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility. Our training helps staff feel more confident recognising potential abuse and understanding what they should do when they have a concern.
Rather than simply focusing on legislation, the course uses realistic scenarios, current case studies and practical discussion to help staff understand how safeguarding principles apply to their everyday work.
The training is mapped to the Care Act 2014 and Making Safeguarding Personal.
Can this course be tailored?
Yes. We can tailor the course around your organisation, safeguarding policies and procedures, local risks and the people you support.
We can incorporate relevant scenarios, reporting processes, case studies and examples from your own service to make the training directly relevant to your team.
